Some of the most popular products on the market today are for stress and anxiety. There are hundreds of products for stress, but there are many more that aren't widely available or for whom there is only a limited amount of scientific research available. For example, most people can't eat foods high in fructose because they are too high in carbs. They are also high in calories, so you can't eat as much of them as you would otherwise be able to without gaining weight. The foods that people want to eliminate as triggers of stress include sugar, processed foods, alcohol, processed foods with additives, and foods that contain soy or wheat (including wheat germ).
There are three main kinds of food that trigger stress: carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.
